NAND technology going 133MB/sec

Heard of ONFi ? Open NAND Flash Interface working group will announce the draft ONFi 2.0 specification. Once the spec is announced, perhaps we'll start to see produces that can deliver up to 133MB/second (compared to 50MB/second for current "legacy" interface).
